Terms
Terms of Use
These terms cover the public PenPost website. They are not a paid-service contract. Campaign, billing, and scribe terms will be presented separately when those products launch.
Effective 19 September 2026. Last updated 19 September 2026.
1. Operator
This website is operated by LinkDaddy LLC, 509 N Prescott Avenue, Suite B, Clearwater, Florida 33755, United States. PenPost is a product of LinkDaddy LLC, not a separate legal company.
Contact: legal@penpost.io or +1 727 350 8520.
2. Acceptance
By using penpost.io you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. The service as described
PenPost is a human handwritten outbound communication platform. The core writing service uses human scribes and does not use handwriting fonts, plotters, robotic pens, or machines pretending to be human writers.
Pricing is not published yet. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price. Accounts, campaigns, payments, and scribe work are not available until those features launch.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to:
- Break the law, or mail content that is unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the service
- Misrepresent PenPost as robotic handwriting or as a separate corporation
- Upload recipient lists you are not entitled to use
When campaigns exist, you are responsible for the accuracy of recipient data and for having a lawful basis to contact those people by post.
5. Intellectual property
The PenPost name, site design, and original content belong to LinkDaddy LLC or its licensors. You may not copy them except as allowed by law or with written permission. Handwriting produced for a customer campaign will be licensed to that customer for the mailed piece when service terms exist.
6. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that public copy will stay unchanged. We do not claim response rates, awards, or customer counts that we have not measured.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LinkDaddy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Florida or other applicable law.
8. Accessibility and privacy
Our accessibility statement is at /accessibility. Privacy and cookie practices are at /privacy and /cookies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pinellas County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
