Genuinely human handwritten mail
Real letters.Written by real people.
Reach the people who stopped answering digital outreach. PenPost turns your customer or prospect list into genuine handwritten communication — written by vetted human scribes, mailed for you, and designed to be measurable.
Real people · Real pens · Real ink

The problem
Digital outreach is easy to ignore. A letter is not.
Inboxes are crowded. Ads are skipped. Automated sequences look like automated sequences. A sheet of paper, addressed by hand and written in ink, arrives as an object in the physical world. That is a different kind of attention.
PenPost exists for the conversations that never start because the first message never felt like a person. We do not claim a universal response rate. We claim something simpler: a human wrote it, because you are writing to one.
How PenPost works
Software scales the process. A person writes the letter.
01
Build the campaign
Choose an objective, upload a list, and write the message — including personalization such as name, company, and city.
02
Human scribes write
Vetted writers receive the assignment and write each piece by hand. No fonts. No plotters. No robots.
03
We mail it
Each letter, note, or card is produced as its own mailpiece, then posted. You can follow production status.
04
Measure what happens
Unique QR codes and short URLs attribute scans and visits back to the piece that earned them — without putting identity in the public link.

100% human handwriting
If a robot could have written it, we would not have bothered.
There is a market for handwriting that is printed, plotted, or drawn by machines trained to look casual. That is not this service. Recipients can tell. So can you.

Campaign tracking
A letter can be as attributable as a click — without putting a name in the URL.
Each mailpiece can include a unique QR code or short URL. When it is used, PenPost records the engagement and can redirect to your destination. Tokens are random and unpredictable. Recipient identity does not belong in a public link.
Postal scans, call tracking, and conversion capture are planned. They are not live on this site yet.

Use cases
For the conversations that should not start in a thread of unread email.
B2B prospecting
Reach operators who filter email, ignore ads, and still open a letter with their name on it.
Account-based marketing
Treat a short list of accounts with correspondence that could only have been written for them.
Founder-to-founder outreach
When the first impression should feel like a person, not a sequence.
Lead reactivation
Return to quiet leads with a physical reminder instead of another ignored follow-up email.
Thank-you and retention
Customer thank-you notes, referral requests, and renewal letters that belong in a mailbox.
Event and deal follow-up
After a meeting, a conference, or an introduction — a letter that continues the conversation.
Meet the people behind the pen
Letters are written by named human scribes — not a typeface.
PenPost is building a distributed network of writers. Public portraits, handwriting samples, and optional public profiles will appear here once scribes have opted in. We will not use stock photographs of actors and call them our writers.
Recurring outreach
One letter is an introduction. A sequence is a relationship.
PenPost is built for one-off campaigns and for recurring communication: monthly volumes, multi-touch sequences, thank-you programs, and follow-up that arrives on paper after the first conversation.
- 01First letter — introduce the reason you are writing.
- 02Second — continue only if it is still true.
- 03Later touches — thank-you, reminder, or a different offer.

Questions
Direct answers.
What is PenPost?
PenPost is a human handwritten outbound communication platform. Businesses use it to send genuine handwritten letters, notes, cards, and envelopes — written by real people, mailed for you, and designed to be measurable. PenPost is a product of LinkDaddy LLC.
Does PenPost use handwriting robots?
No. PenPost’s core human-written service does not use handwriting fonts, handwriting plotters, robotic pens, or machines pretending to be human writers. A genuine human scribe physically writes the correspondence with a real pen.
How does human handwritten direct mail work?
You provide a recipient list and a message, including personalization where it helps. PenPost assigns the work to vetted human scribes. They write each piece by hand. We mail it. Each physical piece is tracked as its own mailpiece so quality, delivery, and response can be accounted for.
How is handwritten mail tracked?
Each mailpiece can carry a unique QR code or short URL. When someone uses it, PenPost records the engagement and can send them to your destination page. Public tracking links use random tokens — they do not expose recipient names or sequential database IDs.
What is the difference between human and robotic handwriting?
Robotic and font-based handwriting imitates the look of a person. PenPost uses an actual person. The ink, pressure, and irregularities are human because the writer is human. Software runs the campaign. The letter is still written by hand.
Who writes the letters?
A distributed network of vetted human scribes. Applicants are reviewed for handwriting quality, legibility, accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, and turnaround before they write for customers. Qualification is not based on religion or personal affiliation.
Is pricing published yet?
Not yet. Pricing will be configurable from PenPost’s admin system and published here when plans are finalized. We will not invent live prices in the meantime.
Next
Write to someone as if they matter. Because they do.
Campaign tools, scribe applications, and published pricing are coming in later phases. The public site is here so the standard is clear from the start.
